Olympics London 2012: What should we have in the opening ceremony?

Published by at 11:12 am under General

Judging from the first 4 answers nobody seems to be taking this question very seriously. Personally I’d like to see 4 second world war searchlights beaming up towards a helicopter lowering 1 dozen people all dressed as batman representing Fathers For Justice.
The last time the Olympics was in London was in 1908. I would like to see a theme based on London over the last century. Music ranging from Vaughan Williams to Pink Floyd. Visuals by the same people who put together Pink Floyd’s The Wall show and 2012 London cabs with laser beams.

    I’ll answer this seriously.

I’d like to see Pink Floyd, The Who, Led Zeppelin or another British rock band reform for the Ceremony.
